Delete your Defence Tower account

You can request permanent deletion of your game account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email as8454550@gmail.com using the email connected to your account when possible.
  2. Use the subject Defence Tower Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your player name and PlayFab ID if visible in the Game. Do not send a password or payment card information.
  4. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account profile, gameplay progress, inventory, virtual currencies, and other data directly associated with the account.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal obligations, store transaction reconciliation, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Payment records controlled by Google Play must be handled through Google according to its policies.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless the law permits or requires a different period. Account deletion is permanent and game progress cannot be restored.
